Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Residential Plumbing Service Technician, where you'll be at the forefront of delivering top-tier plumbing solutions to homeowners. Duties Perform comprehensive plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance on residential properties using hand tools, power tools, and construction techniques. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute plumbing projects. Use welding, pipe threading, and assembly skills to create durable piping systems that meet safety and quality standards. Conduct remodeling and handyman tasks related to plumbing systems within residential settings. Operate heavy lifting equipment and perform construction site work with attention to safety protocols. Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to HVAC systems that impact plumbing operations. Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspection reports for each project. Experience Proven experience in construction plumbing or related trades with a solid understanding of residential plumbing systems. Hands-on experience with construction site work, including blueprint reading and schematics interpretation. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques. Knowledge of HVAC systems and basic mechanical principles relevant to plumbing installations. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on various job sites. Familiarity with remodeling projects, carpentry basics, and handyman tasks is highly desirable. Valid commercial driver's license or ability to obtain one is preferred for transporting tools and materials between sites. $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
