Position Overview This role supports our Garden Maintenance Program and works alongside a crew lead to maintain residential and commercial landscapes throughout the season. You'll be hands-on outdoors, focusing on plant health, garden care, and maintaining landscapes that clients love coming home to. Responsibilities Garden bed maintenance including weeding, pruning, deadheading, and mulching Seasonal planting and garden cleanups Lawn care tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging as needed Monitoring plant health and reporting concerns to the crew lead Operating landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently Maintaining clean, organized, professional job sites Communicating professionally with clients and teammates Qualifications Required Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Preferred Landscaping, gardening, or grounds maintenance experience Basic plant knowledge Valid driver's license New to the industry but motivated? Training is available for candidates with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. A Day in the Life Your day might start by meeting up with your crew, loading up equipment, and heading out to beautiful residential or commercial properties. You'll care for gardens, improve plant health, solve landscape challenges, and leave each site looking noticeably better than when you arrived. The work is active, hands-on, and rewarding — and no two days look exactly the same. Schedule Seasonal position (spring through fall; weather dependent) Full-time hours during the active season Although seasonal, we aim to build a strong returning team year after year. We invest in our crew through training, team activities, and off-season support — including assistance with work search waivers — to help keep our team connected and engaged.
