HVAC Lead Installer — $28-$30/hr or $375/day — Page, AZ Thompson Heating & Cooling is hiring a full-time HVAC Lead Installer in Page, Arizona. We offer big-company pay with small-town living. Pay $28-$30 per hour, depending on experience $375/day flat-rate option Paid whichever is higher: hourly pay or flat rate for the day Benefits Year-round employment 40 hours PTO per year 40 hours vacation pay per year Paid holidays Steady local work Long-term opportunity with an established HVAC company What We're Looking For We need an experienced installer who can lead HVAC install jobs, work clean, communicate clearly, and help train helpers/installers. Requirements HVAC install experience required Lead installer experience preferred Ability to lead a helper or small crew Reliable attendance Clean, professional workmanship Valid driver's license preferred EPA certification preferred Location This position is based in Page, Arizona.
