Lead Housekeeper

Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including cleaning schedules, staff assignments, and quality control Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping team members to ensure consistent delivery of top-tier cleaning standards Oversee janitorial tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and restroom sanitation to maintain impeccable cleanliness Manage laundry services for towels, to ensure timely availability and quality standards Conduct regular inspections throughout the facility Implement and monitor custodial procedures aligned with health regulations and company policies Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs or issues identified during cleaning rounds Requirements Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial services within hospitality or commercial environments Strong management skills with the ability to lead and develop a diverse team effectively Extensive janitorial and cleaning experience with knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and equipment Familiarity with laundry operations and linen management in a hospitality setting Previous hotel or hospitality industry experience is highly desirable Demonstrated leadership capabilities with excellent organizational skills Ability to follow detailed cleaning protocols while maintaining efficiency in a busy environment Join us as a Lead Housekeeper to elevate cleanliness standards while inspiring your team!
