Lead Housekeeper - Seasonal Opportunity Through October Love the outdoors, hospitality, and leading a great team? Join us at Snow Mountain LLC in Lassen Volcanic National Park for an unforgettable season in one of nature's most beautiful settings! We're looking for an energetic, hands-on Lead Housekeeper to help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest who visits our park property. In this role, you'll lead daily housekeeping operations, support and motivate a hardworking team, and help ensure our cabins, guest rooms, and shared spaces reflect the beauty and care of the surrounding environment. What You'll Do Lead and support the housekeeping team in maintaining clean, safe, and inviting guest accommodations and public areas Train and mentor team members on cleaning standards, safety procedures, and exceptional guest service Conduct inspections to ensure rooms and facilities meet quality and cleanliness expectations Help organize daily schedules and workflows to keep operations running smoothly during busy seasonal periods Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and coordinate replenishment as needed Maintain accurate records of inspections, supply usage, and housekeeping activities Collaborate with other departments to create an outstanding guest experience across the property Promote a positive team culture built on respect, teamwork, and pride in the park environment What We're Looking For Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, janitorial, or custodial work Leadership experience supervising or coordinating a team preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety Ability to stay organized and adaptable in a fast-paced seasonal environment Comfortable performing physical tasks including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays during the season through October A positive attitude and appreciation for working in a scenic outdoor setting Why Join Us?
