• Key Responsibilities
• The Lead HVAC Installer is responsible for overseeing the complete installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial settings.

You will manage the installation process from start to finish, ensuring that all equipment is set, piped, and wired according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes. Beyond the technical execution, you will also serve as a primary point of contact for customers on-site, explaining system operations and ensuring complete client satisfaction before leaving the job. Your daily routine will involve troubleshooting complex installation issues, performing system startups, and documenting completions with accuracy.

• Qualifications
• To be successful in this role, you must possess experience in HVAC installation with a proven track record of leading successful projects.

We are seeking a candidate who holds the necessary certifications to handle refrigerants and operate specialized tools safely. A strong understanding of structural dynamics, airflow, and electrical components is essential to ensure systems operate at peak efficiency. • Compensation & Benefits
• We offer a competitive compensation package with a starting hourly wage of $17.

00 to $18.00, though final pay is negotiable and will be commensurate with your professional experience and technical expertise.
