• Full-time Ducklings Early Learning Center in Eagle, PA is seeking a nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic Lead Infant Teacher to join our team!

We pride ourselves on creating a warm and engaging environment where our youngest learners can grow, explore, and thrive. As an Infant Teacher, you will play a key role in building trusting relationships with children and families while providing high-quality care and meaningful learning experiences.

Responsibilities:

Provide a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for infant, physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child Create and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage exploration and growth Maintain open communication with families regarding daily routines, milestones, and progress Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and Ducklings' policies Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to create a positive, team-oriented atmosphere

Qualifications:

Previous experience working with infants in a childcare or early education setting preferred CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education (or working toward) strongly preferred CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Passion for working with young children and helping them reach developmental milestones Strong communication and teamwork skills Why Join Ducklings?
