Enjoy a rewarding package that reflects your contributions. The Lead Installer is responsible for managing and executing the installation of food service equipment at client sites. This role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to ensuring installations are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Delivery and installation of various kitchen equipment and supplies locally and nationwide Able to take direction effectively and maintain clear communication with the General Contractor on-site Responsible for guiding and assisting installation team members to maintain productivity and uphold company standards while completing assigned projects. Moving heavy objects and working with power tools Communicating directly with customers and with our project managers is critical for the successful execution of the job Some warehouse work and building maintenance are required on rare occasions

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent Ability to travel 3-4 nights per week, 3-4 weeks per month. 3 years minimum experience in the construction, plumbing, forklift, and/or electrical field. Physical abilities including heavy lifting that will be required. Climbing, bending, kneeling, and squatting. Able to work on construction sites, operational kitchens and cafeterias, warehouses and loading docks Mechanically inclined - knowledge of hand tools is required Team player, reliable, dependable, and willing to work Experience with company emailing and use of a smartphone Must have an acceptable driving record and active driver's license to be insurable to be able to drive a company truck Self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic, personable, presentable, and articulate Candidates are encouraged to apply even if they do not meet all listed requirements.
