Lead Line Cook / Line Cook

Line Cook (Culinary Team Member) Looking for someone with kitchen leadership experience. (Weekend availability is a must) Duties include help and oversee set up, maintain and/or close down station according to restaurant and health code guidelines. Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner. Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant. Guide the line cooks to take responsibility for their area of control. Perform additional responsibilities as requested by manager. Must have the ability to work calmly, respectfully and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced team environment. Leaders set the tone and pace. Pay based on experience and can increase based on consistent performance, pleasant attitude and great attendance practices. Organizational skills and creative intelligence are a plus.
