Full-time Job Description:

We are looking for a Lead Livestream Producer to take full ownership of a recurring, live-produced show that runs five days per week inside a real, always-active environment. This is a hands-on role responsible for making sure the livestream is set up, the team is aligned, and the show runs smoothly every time we go live. You will be the point person for ensuring consistency, quality, and reliability across each broadcast.

Key Responsibilities:

Livestream Execution:

Own the full setup and execution of each live broadcast (5 days per week) Ensure all equipment, feeds, and systems are ready prior to going live Monitor stream quality in real time and troubleshoot issues as they arise

Technical Oversight:

Manage streaming software and infrastructure (OBS, Restream, or similar platforms) Coordinate camera feeds, audio, switching, and output across platforms Maintain consistent and reliable stream performance

Team Coordination:

Work with on-site team members daily to ensure everyone is prepared for the livestream Coordinate timing, roles, and responsibilities ahead of each broadcast Serve as the central point of communication during live production

Show Readiness and Flow:

Ensure each livestream runs smoothly from start to finish Anticipate potential issues and adjust in real time Help maintain pacing, structure, and overall production quality

Qualifications:

Proven experience producing or running live streams or live productions Strong understanding of streaming tools, camera systems, and audio setup Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure Hands-on, problem-solving mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with multi-camera setups Background in live events, sports, or fast-paced production environments Familiarity with improving production workflows and systems over time
