Lead Maintenance

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Maintenance professional to oversee and manage maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a proven track record in industrial maintenance. This role involves supervising a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime. •Must have flexible schedule and be available Thursday-Monday 9:00am-6:30pm and Holidays.• Employees receive 2 additional wrist bands for friends and family. Employee discount provided for park. Duties Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of machinery and equipment. Supervise and mentor maintenance staff, providing guidance on best practices and troubleshooting techniques. Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters, Voltmeters, and schematics to diagnose and repair electrical issues. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and address any maintenance-related concerns. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used for compliance and reporting purposes. Qualifications Proven experience in maintenance management within an industrial setting. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems. Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in machinery operation. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
