Duties Assist with menu planning to meet preferences of guests Prepare and serve meals following established recipes and safety protocols Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, sanitation, and hygiene standards are maintained Support kitchen operations by chopping, cooking, plating, and garnishing dishes efficiently Ensure all food handling procedures comply with food safety regulations and best practices Contribute to catering events or special meal services as needed Serve meals to residents or customers in a friendly, professional manner while maintaining cleanliness Skills Previous experience in food service environments preferred Strong knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, and cooking techniques Practical knife skills for efficient meal prep and food handling Experience with food safety standards and sanitation procedures Familiarity with restaurant or kitchen operations and food industry practices Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication skills for serving guests and collaborating with team members This role is perfect for individuals passionate about culinary arts, eager to expand their experience in the food industry, and dedicated to providing exceptional service.
