Service Description :

The purpose of this team is to minister through music during services! Members of the Music team need to have a heart to serve with or without public recognition. Music members should be personable, approachable and compassionate. Music members must be able to uphold a standard of confidentiality and must be responsible and committed individuals.

Responsibilities :

• Commit to serving faithfully in this capacity for at least 1 year.
• Plan, prepare, practice and teach music to the Music Team and the Praise Team for services.
• Be spiritually mature and sensitive. Which means constantly growing in and applying the Word to your daily life.
• Coordinate and oversee the scheduling for the Music Team members during rehearsals and services.
• Be on time (30 minutes prior) and ready to serve in your area when scheduled.
• Attending monthly Leadership meetings (2nd Monday's @ 6:30pm)
• Strongly encouraged to attend the IP's on Sunday morning as well as viewing the other livestream throughout the week.
• Be passionate and committed to the Vision of Life of Victory.
• And any other duties (special engagements or services) as needed or assigned by Pastor…

Qualifications :

Must have experience playing the keyboard. Superb musical talent, creativity, and drive. A strong work ethic. Great communication, time management, and interpersonal skills. Must have a heart to serve and assist people. Must understand and have the heart for and vision of Pastor and ministry. Must live a Godly lifestyle in accordance to the Word of God, (as indicated on the VSM Application and Standards).

Schedule:

Weekends only Application Question(s): Can you commit to Saturday morning rehearsals (8:30am) on a weekly basis? Can you commit to Sunday Morning services (10am) on a weekly basis? Can you commit to a Wednesday Worship service (7pm) once/ month?
