Lead NCPK Teacher

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a key role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for young children.

Duties:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
• Provide a nurturing and supportive classroom setting
• Manage classroom activities and promote learning through play
• Monitor and assess student progress
• Collaborate with parents and staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
• Strong understanding of childhood development principles
• Proficiency in classroom and behavior management techniques
• Ability to create engaging literacy and math activities
