Position Overview This position involves all aspects of residential low voltage installation including: Prewires Trim-outs Final installations Rack building TV mounting Networking equipment installation Camera systems Basic programming and troubleshooting Smart home system setup and configuration Ideal candidates should have a strong work ethic, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Experience Experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate. Candidates with backgrounds in any of the following are encouraged to apply: Low voltage Electrical Construction Networking/IT Car audio Home theater Security systems Smart home systems A basic understanding of tools, wiring, networking, and technology is highly important. Required Skills & Traits Ability to learn quickly Strong troubleshooting mindset Professional appearance and attitude Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, ladders, and construction environments Good communication skills Clean and organized work habits Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is a plus: Control4 UniFi/Ubiquiti Lutron OvrC Home theater installation Networking and WiFi troubleshooting Camera systems Rack wiring and organization Hiring Process All applicants should understand: Technical aptitude testing may be required during the interview process Hands-on skill testing may be performed Employment may begin with a trial/probationary period to ensure a good fit for both the employee and company Misrepresentation of experience or skills may result in immediate termination Additional Requirements Valid driver's license Background checks may be performed Drug-free workplace Must be dependable and punctual What We're Looking For We are not just looking for experience.
