Lead Painter

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated painter to oversee and execute painting projects across residential, commercial, and renovation sites. As a key leader on our team, you will coordinate painting operations, ensure quality standards are met, and mentor junior painters. Your expertise in various painting techniques, surface preparation, and construction processes will drive the success of our projects. Responsibilities Lead and supervise painting crew, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high-quality workmanship. Prepare surfaces through sanding, caulking, and surface preparation to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Work effectively with others or on your own. Apply various paint types using hand tools and sprayers.. Manage project timelines. Maintain a safe work environment. Requirements Proven experience in painting with a strong background in residential and commercial projects. Proficiency with hand tools, airless paint spraying equipment, caulking guns, and other relevant tools. Friendly demeanor that works well with customers and other painters. Attention to detail for the best finishes.

Pay:

$25.00 - $37.00 per hour
