About The Role We're looking for an experienced Lead Painter / Crew Leader to join our growing team. This is a working lead position — you'll be one of the most skilled painters on the crew while also directing and mentoring 2-3 other painters. Key Responsibilities Perform skilled painting work daily (brushing, rolling, spraying, fine finish work) at a high productivity level Lead and supervise a small crew on residential and/or commercial projects Prepare surfaces properly (sanding, patching, priming, masking) and ensure top-quality results Assign daily tasks, train apprentices/helpers, and maintain high standards of workmanship Coordinate with customers, project managers, and suppliers to keep jobs on schedule and on budget Enforce safety protocols and keep job sites clean and organized Perform final walkthroughs and touch-ups to ensure customer satisfaction What We're Looking For Minimum 4-5+ years of professional painting experience At least 1-2 years leading or mentoring a painting crew (preferred) Strong skills in interior/exterior painting, prep work, and spray equipment Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and at heights (ladders/scaffolding) Positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

Pay:

$33.00 - $35.00 per hour
