Lead Painter

Lead Painter We're hiring a Lead Painter to run our paint shop and keep production moving. This role is hands-on. You'll be painting, leading a small crew, and making sure jobs are done right and on time. We're growing fast, so this is a good spot if you want to step into leadership and build something. What you'll do: Lead daily paint shop operations and assign work Prep, paint, and finish equipment (trailers, ag equipment, etc.) Mix and match paint for standard and custom jobs Inspect finished work and fix issues before it leaves the shop Coordinate with welding, assembly, and other departments Keep paint inventory stocked and organized Train and hold painters accountable to quality and pace What we're looking for: 3-5+ years of painting experience (industrial or automotive preferred) Ability to lead a crew and keep people moving Strong attention to detail on prep and finish work Comfortable with paint systems, mixing, and color matching Willing to work on your feet and handle physical work Nice to have: Previous leadership or foreman experience Experience in a manufacturing or shop environment
