$55,000 a year Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Qualifications Microsoft Excel English Administrative experience Spiritual guidance Purchasing Teaching Pastoral theology Full Job Description We are seeking a part time pastor to lead worship, provide pastoral care, nurture spiritual growth, and support outreach and cooperative ministry with neighboring churches.

The ideal candidate demonstrates spiritual maturity, compassion, and a collaborative spirit. Key Responsibilities

Lead Sunday worship and occasional special services
Provide pastoral care, visitation, and counseling
Oversee Bible studies, discussion groups, and ministry events
Collaborate with lay leaders, Consistory, and committees
Support outreach and community engagement initiatives Qualifications
Ordained or eligible for ordination in the Reformed Church in America (RCA)
Experience in worship leadership, teaching, and pastoral care
Strong spiritual presence and collaborative leadership style Hours & Compensation
Part time (hours negotiable)
Total Compensation package commensurate with experience.

$85,000 (Salary, housing & benefits)To be discussed upon application .
