We are looking for highly skilled professionals with extensive experience in repipes, redrains, and trenchless methods who take pride in quality workmanship, safety, and code compliance. If you're a seasoned installer who can confidently handle complex residential plumbing projects from start to finish, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Perform full residential repipes and redrains Install, repair, and replace plumbing systems including PEX, copper, poly pipe, ABS, cast iron, and related materials Install water heaters, fixtures, and complete plumbing systems ensuring proper functionality and durability Execute underground plumbing projects including boring, pipe bursting, and liner installations Diagnose and resolve underground drainage and sewer issues with precision and efficiency Ensure all installations meet local, state, and federal plumbing codes Follow company safety standards and maintain a safe work environment Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 5 years of residential plumbing installation experience required Strong background in underground plumbing, including boring, pipe bursting, and liners Extensive experience with residential repipes and redrains Proficiency working with PEX, copper, poly pipe, ABS, cast iron, and related materials Experience with in-home consultative sales is a plus Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and compliance Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to lift, climb, and work in confined spaces Valid driver's license in the state of employment Benefits Competitive flat-rate pay ($70,000-$170,000 per year including monthly bonus') Company vehicle and tools provided Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off, holidays, and sick leave Supportive, inclusive, and team-focused culture that values recognition and employee satisfaction Work Environment Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces.
