Lead Preschool Teacher and Assistant Teacher

Late August Responsibilities:

Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool-aged children (18 months- Kindergarten). Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Provide individualized attention and support to meet the diverse needs of each child. Establish and maintain effective communication channels with parents and caregivers, keeping them informed of their child's progress. Monitor and assess each child's development, maintaining accurate records and progress reports. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff members to create a cohesive and enriching curriculum. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students under your care.

Qualifications:

Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (required). Previous experience working as a Preschool Teacher or in a similar role (minimum 2 years). Sound knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices. Demonstrated ability to plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
