In person Lead Professional Home Organizer Minimize & Organize Co. is hiring an experienced Lead Professional Home Organizer for part-time, project-based work in the Greater Seattle / Eastside area. We are a premium home organizing company seeking someone with 2+ years of paid professional home organizing experience who can confidently lead projects, guide team members on-site, and make strong decisions about systems, layout, and organizing products in real time. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone polished, efficient, client-friendly, and highly capable in home organizing, decluttering, unpacking, downsizing, and reset projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead in-home organizing sessions Work directly with clients to declutter, sort, edit, categorize, and organize spaces Guide team members on-site to keep projects efficient and on track Make decisions about layout, flow, systems, and organizing products Organize kitchens, pantries, closets, bedrooms, garages, storage areas, and more Support unpacking, move-in setup, downsizing, and home reset projects Label and finish spaces with attention to detail Communicate clearly with the owner regarding progress, needs, and recommendations
Requirements:
2+ years of paid professional home organizing experience Experience working in clients' homes Comfortable leading projects and directing others on-site Strong knowledge of organizing systems and products Professional, calm, polished, and trustworthy presence Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Greater Seattle / Eastside area Ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry light-to-moderate items for several hours Must carry current general liability insurance and be able to provide proof of coverage Must be willing to complete a background check 2-3 professional references required
Pay and Schedule:
$30.00-$40.00 per hour Part-time, project-based Flexible scheduling based on project needs and availability
