Impact:

Diagnose intricate residential wiring issues to provide efficient and permanent electrical solutions. Execute full electrical service replacements and the separation of pre-existing circuits with precision. Manage company equipment and resources responsibly while working with minimal daily oversight. Communicate technical requirements and project updates clearly to homeowners to ensure elite service. Mentor junior team members through the company's dedicated apprenticeship and training programs. Uphold safety standards and quality control on every job site to maintain company reputation.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in residential electrical service and diagnostics. Proven expertise in residential service replacements and circuit troubleshooting. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Possession of a valid PA Driver's License. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage professional customer interactions.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

Completion of a formal electrical apprenticeship or equivalent technical trade schooling. Advanced proficiency in interpreting complex residential electrical blueprints and schematics. Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role within field operations.
