Lead Residential HVAC Installer

We are looking for a Lead HVAC Installer to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities:

Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements Perform routine preventative maintenance Respond to emergency maintenance requests Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams Ability to handle physical workload Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Requirements:

Effectively communicate in English both orally and in writing form Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check Ability to climb ladders, carry 50+ lbs daily Valid driver's license and transportation Possess and use own hand tools (in good condition and quality) Must have reliable transportation 3-5 years of previous experience with related work Must have a good attitude and flexibility to work well with others

Schedule:
