Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Lead Restoration Technician to help lead water, fire, mold, and environmental restoration projects throughout Northern Virginia. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for guiding crews, maintaining job quality, communicating with customers, and helping projects move efficiently from emergency response through completion. The ideal candidate is someone who works well under pressure, takes pride in leadership, and genuinely enjoys helping people during difficult situations.
