Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Lead Restoration Technician to help lead water, fire, mold, and environmental restoration projects throughout Northern Virginia. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for guiding crews, maintaining job quality, communicating with customers, and helping projects move efficiently from emergency response through completion. The ideal candidate is someone who works well under pressure, takes pride in leadership, and genuinely enjoys helping people during difficult situations. Responsibilities Lead and supervise restoration technicians on emergency mitigation projects Perform water, fire, smoke, mold, and environmental restoration services Set up containment, drying equipment, and jobsite protection Monitor job progress and maintain proper documentation Communicate professionally with homeowners, adjusters, and project managers Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Help train and mentor newer technicians Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response services Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Leadership mentality and ability to motivate others Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in fast-paced and physically demanding environments Restoration, construction, mitigation, or emergency service experience preferred IICRC certifications are a plus, but not required Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift equipment and work in varying jobsite conditions What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and leadership ability Comprehensive hands-on training program IICRC certification opportunities for qualified candidates Advancement opportunities within a growing company Supportive family-style culture Overtime opportunities PTO and benefits package available Opportunity to build a long-term career helping others If you are looking for more than just a job and want to be part of a team that truly makes a difference, we would love to speak with you.
