This role is for someone who can lead a crew, produce high-quality work, and take ownership of jobs from setup to cleanup.

MUST HAVE ATLEAST A 1-2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE OF SEALCOATING A DRIVEWAY FROM START TO FINISH, INCLUDING SPRAYING.

) This is a working lead position — you'll be on the wand, managing the crew, and ensuring every job meets company standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a sealcoating crew on job sites Operate sealcoating equipment (spray systems, tanks, tools) Ensure proper surface prep, application, and clean finish Manage crew productivity, safety, and job flow Load/unload equipment and materials Communicate clearly with the owner and crew Maintain a clean, professional job site Train and mentor crew members as needed Ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule 2-3+ years of hands-on asphalt sealcoating experience Previous crew lead or foreman experience strongly preferred Ability to run and manage a crew Strong understanding of proper sealcoating techniques Valid driver's license (CDL a plus, not required) Physically able to work long days outdoors in summer conditions Reliable, punctual, and professional Strong work ethic and attention to detail $25-$32 per hour , depending on experience and ability.
