Lead Teacher

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Lead Teacher Spanish speaker to inspire and guide young learners in a vibrant educational environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, including literacy, math, and early childhood education principles. Lead classroom activities that promote active learning, social skills development, and behavioral management tailored to individual student needs. Mentor and supervise assistant teachers . Maintain detailed documentation of student progress, behavior management strategies, and communication with families and child development milestones. Ensure a safe, inclusive classroom environment , preschool settings. Requirements Spanish Speaker. Proven classroom experience working with children across early childhood or special education settings. Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, behavioral health strategies, and classroom management techniques. Experience in curriculum development for literacy education, math instruction, and behavioral therapy integration. Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams; excellent interpersonal skills are essential. Demonstrated ability to develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate evidence-based practices like tutoring or mentoring strategies.
