• Full-time Courageous Hearts Preschool & Child Care is looking for a dedicated and nurturing Lead Infant Teacher to join our team!

We are seeking someone who is passionate about working with infants, building strong relationships with families, and supporting children through their earliest stages of development. The ideal candidate is dependable, attentive to detail, patient, and able to follow individualized care routines while creating a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment. Position Details Full-Time Monday-Friday Classroom placement in our Nest or Den classroom will be determined based on best fit Responsibilities Provide loving, attentive care to infants and young toddlers Follow individualized feeding, sleeping, and care routines Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers Communicate effectively with families regarding daily activities and care Support children's developmental milestones through play and interaction Follow all licensing and safety requirements Qualifications Experience working with infants or young children preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable and professional Passion for early childhood education and child development Ability to multitask and maintain a positive classroom atmosphere About Us At Courageous Hearts Preschool & Child Care, we strive to provide a safe, loving, and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
