JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Teacher in our 2's Program•Part-time Lead Teachers at LAC Preschool are responsible for: Planning and executing of a developmentally appropriate program for pre-school children, documentation of learning experiences, assessment of children. Meeting the needs of the group as well as those of the individual child. Observing, identifying and responding to the needs of the children. Helping each child develop a positive-self-image. Communicating appropriately with children, using intentional language. Communicating with parents/families and creating positive relationships. Using a positive approach to behavior guidance
