HPC-Industrial , powered by Clean Harbors is looking for a Lead Technician ?to work at our customer location and to join their safety conscious team!?This team member directs the technical aspects of day to day operations at the plant level facilities. The ? Lead Technician serves as a representative of HPC-Industrial in creating a continuous working relationship with clients/customers. Collect operational data, including water chemistry measurements (TSS, pH, turbidity, conductivity, etc.). Take Airflow Measurements Monitor and adjust equipment setpoints. Inspect and replace chemical or paint totes as needed. Enter data into databases and tracking tools. Develop and maintain plant data boards, including troubleshooting issues and creating/tracking countermeasures. Prepare and deliver daily and weekly reports. Perform other related tasks as assigned Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to complete assignments while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Maintain clear and positive communication with team members. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent verbal and writing communication abilities. Present a professional appearance and demeanor. Comply with all safety guidelines and procedures. Accept work assignments that may require additional training (training will be provided as needed). High school diploma or GED required; vocational or technical training preferred. 1-3 years of supervisory or team lead experience in an industrial setting Mechanically inclined with experience in technical or industrial work. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) Ability to climb ladders and work around industrial equipment. Must be comfortable working in a large industrial paint facility that requires frequent walking, standing, and exposure to varied environments (clean and dirty areas). 40-years of sustainability in action.
