Job Description

Join our team as a Sr. Embedded Software Engineer and contribute to the development of cutting-edge software solutions in a collaborative and innovative environment. This role offers the chance to work on exciting projects while enhancing your technical expertise and leadership skills. Responsibilities Design, develop, and test embedded software throughout its lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements and quality standards. Lead software engineering execution, including planning, estimation, and delivery. Manage project cost, schedule, and performance to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Mentor junior developers and provide constructive feedback. Skills Proficiency in C/C++ and Python programming languages. Experience with Linux-based or bare-metal real-time software development. Strong object-oriented design skills and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Skills Familiarity with version control and project management tools like Git, Jira, and GitLab. Knowledge of Ada programming and GUI development using Qt/QML. Experience with cybersecurity tools and compliance processes. Understanding of military/commercial design standards and weapon systems.
