Primary Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and support a team of security installers across multiple job sites Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily installation activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope Perform advanced installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of security systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion detection) Ensure all work meets Pavion quality standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations Serve as the primary point of contact in the field for technicians, project managers, and customers Train, mentor, and develop junior technicians to improve overall team skill level and performance Conduct site walks, verify materials, and ensure proper system design execution Maintain accurate documentation, including job progress, changes, and completion reports Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize delays and reworkBasic Qualifications:
High School Diploma 5+ years of experience in security system installation (CCTV, access control, intrusion systems) Valid driver license and acceptable driving record Proven experience leading or supervising field technicians or installation teams Strong knowledge of low-voltage systems, wiring standards, and industry best practices Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience coordinating multiple projects and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment Manufacturer Certifications (i.e. Lenel, AMAG, SWH, Genetec, Avigilon, Hanwha, Axis) Manufacturer Certifications (i.e. Lenel, AMAG, SWH, Genetec, Avigilon, Hanwha, Axis) Familiarity with safety standards and OSHA compliance Compensation - starting in the $30's+/hour, commensurate with experienceDisclaimer:
