Commercial Security Lead Tech Wanted About Tetra:
At Tetra, we are a full-service Low Voltage Integration Company dedicated to achieving 100% customer satisfaction the first time, every time. Our portfolio includes a host of repeat, satisfied commercial and residential clients throughout Texas. Built on the foundation of outstanding customer service, our primary focus is on Commercial Properties, with an emphasis on Multi-Family properties. We aim to be a one-stop shop for everything low voltage for our clients. We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join our growing team.
Job Description:
As a Commercial Security Lead at Tetra, you will oversee low voltage installations in both retro-fit and new construction buildings.
You will:
Lead and Communicate:
Plan and lead multiple projects simultaneously while effectively communicating with your team and clients.
Manage Team and Resources:
Oversee your team's schedule, and manage hiring and termination processes as needed. Ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
Client Relations:
Build and maintain positive client relationships, manage expectations, and communicate professionally.
Project Planning:
Create detailed project plans and timelines, manage resources, control costs, and understand contractual obligations.
Problem Solving:
Adapt swiftly to arising problems, minimizing client impact and company loss.
Requirements:
Industry Experience:
Over 5 years in the low voltage industry, with experience in CCTV, Access Control, Networking, and/or Audio/Video installations and servicing in both retro-fits and new construction.
Technical Knowledge:
Experience with Relay Logic, building codes, ADA requirements, state license and code requirements, and basic networking and topology.
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead multiple projects and teams, and communicate effectively with clients.
Compliance:
Ability to pass a criminal background check, hold a valid driver's license, meet insurance carrier requirements, possess a valid Texas Security License or be willing to obtain one, and have an OSHA 30 certification.
Communication and Leadership:
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead by example.
Team Player:
Must prioritize the company's interests and work effectively within a team.
Timeliness and Urgency:
Adherence to deadlines and timeliness in all actions, with a sense of urgency and pride in one's work.
