Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Lead Toddler Infant Teacher to join our dynamic early childhood education team. In this vital role, you will lead classroom activities, develop engaging curricula, and foster a nurturing environment that supports the growth and development of our youngest learners. Your expertise in childhood development, classroom management, and early intervention will ensure each child receives personalized attention and a solid foundation for future learning. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence young lives positively while working in a collaborative and supportive setting. Duties Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy, math skills, social-emotional growth, and physical activity tailored to toddlers and infants Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment that encourages curiosity and exploration Manage classroom routines, behavior management strategies, and transitions to maintain a structured learning atmosphere Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, developmental milestones, and any behavioral or educational concerns Incorporate curriculum development techniques aligned with Montessori principles and early childhood education standards Support special education needs by adapting activities for children requiring additional assistance or early intervention services Maintain accurate documentation of child welfare records, attendance, assessments, and progress reports Qualifications Proven classroom experience working with toddlers and infants in early childhood education settings Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, behavior management strategies, and curriculum development methods Experience with preschool education programs, daycare operations, or private school environments preferred Familiarity with Montessori methods, literacy education, standardized testing practices, and teaching physical education to young children Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners Ability to plan lessons that incorporate math skills, early intervention techniques, and classroom management best practices Certification in early childhood education or related field required; additional training in special education or child welfare is a plus Join us in shaping the future by providing a joyful learning experience for our youngest learners! Pay:
