as our Lead Toddler Teacher, where you will inspire and nurture young minds in a warm and engaging environment. We are dedicated to fostering creativity and development in toddlers, making every day an adventure in learning.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive and social development. Supervise daily activities and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for all children. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's growth and development. Monitor and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents. Lead classroom activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and learning. Maintain a clean, organized classroom that reflects a positive learning atmosphere. Train and mentor assistant teachers and support staff in best practices. Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. At least 2 years of experience working with toddlers in an educational setting. Valid CPR and First Aid certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for early childhood education and child development. Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Knowledge of state licensing regulations and child safety standards. Creative, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor.
