Position Overview We are looking for an educated and experienced teacher to lead our toddler program. What You'll Do Lead a beautifully prepared classroom that inspires independence, focus, and a love of learning Implement individualized learning plans that honor each child's unique development Observe, assess, and adapt to students' needs to support their academic, social, and emotional growth Build strong, respectful relationships with children and their families Collaborate with fellow educators to maintain a consistent, nurturing environment Communicate with families through conferences, newsletters, and community events Participate in family education opportunities and school-wide celebrations Maintain a calm, organized, and enriching classroom environment What We're Looking For Associate's degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field Excellent communication and classroom management skills A reflective, flexible, and collaborative spirit Deep respect for the individuality and potential of every child What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and credentials 14 paid holidays Two weeks of paid school closures Additional PTO (staff may choose a year-round schedule or September-June schedule) Generous professional development support, including training opportunities A supportive, mission-driven teaching environment where educators help shape the growth of our young school
