We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mitigation Technician to help lead our mitigation and restoration teams. As a Lead Technician at Rainbow Restoration, you will play a critical role in coordinating and executing mitigation projects, ensuring the highest quality standards are met, and exceeding our clients' expectations.Responsibilities:
As a Lead Technician, you will: Lead a team of restoration technicians, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Coordinate and oversee water, fire, and mold projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and exceptional quality. Collaborate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to establish project goals and expectations. Manage inventory and equipment, ensuring that resources are utilized efficiently. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations. Participate in hands-on restoration work as needed, demonstrating your dedication to the team and the restoration process.Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience, demonstrating your ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and clients. A passion for hands-on work and a willingness to engage in physical restoration tasks. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring the successful management of multiple projects. Adaptability and problem-solving abilities, allowing you to navigate unexpected challenges. A commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for yourself and your team. 2+ years of restoration experience IICRC certifications are a plusWhy Rainbow Restoration:
