Leadership Development Assistant

Working throughout the Tallahassee market, the Leadership Development Assistant supports AT&T's fiber campaign through direct customer interaction, day-to-day sales activity, and hands-on team development. You'll be learning how outreach works in real time while also developing the ability to coach, organize, and support the people around you. The Leadership Development Assistant isn't separated from the process; you're actively involved in the conversations, the sales activity, and the day-to-day execution that keeps a campaign growing.
