Job Description

We are seeking a high-level leader who can take ownership of an area of the restaurant (front counter, kitchen, or drive-thru). This role involves modeling in restaurant operations alongside team members, overseeing systems, and maintaining a team roster through hiring, scheduling, and training. Performance expectations are high, and this role is challenging. Looking for leaders who can work in one of the following shifts: Kitchen Leadership Trainee Day shift are responsible for
Breakfast and Lunch Shift:
5:30 am to 4 pm Kitchen Leadership Trainee Night shift are responsible for the Afternoon and Evening shift
Shift:
2:00 pm-10:30 pm Achieving the desired results with food production and safety Coaching the behaviors and results of all Team Members Those behaviors include: Sense of Urgency that creates surprisingly fast Speed of Service Attention to detail ensures that preparation and production procedures are followed Execution of systems that ensure a refreshingly clean environment Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food safety Vigilant attention to the organization and appearance of your assigned area

Manage the costs of what's used during the production of your shift Our Expectations of You Character Take ownership of assigned shifts and complete all required tasks Be on time and offer your best at every shift Work with a sense of urgency Prioritize the needs of guests and the team before your own Read and abide by everything outlined in the team member handbook Competency Set the example and uphold our standards of service among the team Arrange a team according to strengths, delegate tasks, and hold team members accountable Ensure team members complete daily food quality checks and cleaning tasks Coordinate kitchen operations to prepare catering orders alongside daily operations Possesses excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills Stand for periods up to 5 hours and lift objects as heavy as 50 lbs Be attentive to details and "the little things" Chemistry Motivate and inspire others to do their best work Lead the team in carrying out our mission: Be Better, Be Second!
