Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our team's safety learning administration and ensure an effective compliance program for a global workforce. Our team values collaboration and proactive problem-solving to drive robust learning and development solutions throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve learner and manager issues related to learning assignments, transcripts, and training records for enterprise safety training. Create, configure, and maintain learning catalogs, curriculums, assignments, and learning paths, including uploading and organizing courses, videos, and supporting materials to maintain current and accessible content. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate the successful deployment of new safety training initiatives, ensuring compliance and timely completion tracking. Generate and distribute regular reports on training activity, learner completion rates, and program effectiveness for key stakeholders.
Required:
Bachelor's degree. Minimum 5 years progressive experience in learning administration and support, including hands-on expertise with Cornerstone On-Demand. Extensive experience administering learning for a global employee base in a matrixed organization, with a track record of creating complex training assignments, learning journeys, curriculums, and pathways. Proficiency in Cornerstone reporting capabilities; experience with Power BI dashboards is required.
