Leasing Agent/Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated, capable Leasing Agent or Leasing Manager to present and lease properties to prospective lessors, and someone who is up for a challenge. You will be working in an office taking calls for work orders, contacting leads, providing tours for prospective residents and doing renewals for current residents. The goal is scout potential clients, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates, while providing excellent customer service to current and prospective residents alike. Commission structure is in place for new move ins and lease renewals. Must have reliable transportation. Must be available to work Saturdays. Bilingual is a plus. Opportunity for growth is substantial! We are looking for someone to be with us for the long haul and move up within the company.
