Leasing Agent/Training for Assistant

Arden of Oakbrook is currently looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our team. If you are an experienced agent we'd like to hear from you . Arden of Oakbrook is a luxury apartment community located in Oakbrook Terrace.

Your Responsibilities:

Professionally answers all incoming phone calls and routes calls accordingly. Listen to residents' requests, concerns, and comments. You will be showing apartments (earn $200 commission per move in and renewal retention bonus) Inspect models and available "market ready", communicate related service needs to Property Manager. Ensure the apartment is ready for the resident to move-in on the agreed date. Participate in community outreach activities to create brand awareness of the apartment community in the marketplace. Develop creative marketing strategies to generate qualified traffic. Ensure all maintenance repairs are handled satisfactorily by contacting residents with completed Service Requests on a weekly basis. Assist in planning resident functions. Attend functions and participate as host for any functions as directed by the Property Manager. Daily management and follow-ups of all prospect leads (phone, email and walk ins) utilizing the relevant system; 100% management of all leads is required. Performs other administrative functions and duties as necessary. Provide customer service to residents and record maintenance requests. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Knowledge of Yardi Software a plus The right individual must be well organized and have strong computer skills. Leasing experience a plus and weekend work required. Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields Familiarity with real estate leases. Ability to build rapport with residents. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High School Diploma or equivalent and relevant certifications.

Schedule:

8-hour shift Weekend(Saturday Only) needed
