Leasing Consultant - Apartment Community Bessemer City, NC 28016 Our Apartment Community is seeking a professional and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team! We are looking for an energetic individual who enjoys helping people, providing excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist prospective residents Conduct apartment tours and explain community features Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person Process rental applications and lease paperwork Maintain knowledge of pricing and apartment availability Provide exceptional resident customer service Assist with resident retention and lease renewals Support marketing and outreach efforts

Qualifications:

Previous apartment leasing experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Professional and positive attitude Organized and detail-oriented Basic computer skills required Property management software experience is a plus
