Maintenance Technician

Apartment Maintenance Technician Bessemer City, NC 28016 Our Apartment Community is currently hiring a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team! We are looking for someone with apartment maintenance experience who takes pride in their work and can help maintain the community to high standards.

Responsibilities:

Complete resident work orders in a timely manner Perform apartment turns/make-readies Basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repairs Assist with preventative maintenance and property upkeep Maintain cleanliness and safety of the community Support the maintenance team with daily operations

Qualifications:

Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repair Ability to work independently and efficiently Strong attention to detail and customer service skills HVAC certification is a plus but not required Reliable transportation required
