This role is ideal for someone who enjoys resident interaction, leasing activities, and compliance-focused work.

Responsibilities:

Conduct leasing activities including tours, applications, screenings, and move-ins Manage annual and interim recertifications Ensure compliance with HUD and LIHTC program requirements Maintain accurate resident files and documentation Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents Collaborate with property management and onsite teams

Qualifications:

Prior leasing experience required HUD and LIHTC experience strongly preferred Knowledge of income certifications and compliance processes Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency with property management software a plus Why Work with BG Staffing?
