Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal Administrative Assistant / Case Intake Specialist to join our team. This temporary position plays a critical role in supporting our office operations by managing new client files, coordinating medical documentation, and providing excellent client service. Key Responsibilities
  • Open and organize new client files with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Set up and manage medical liens
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Perform general office duties including filing and document management
  • Schedule and coordinate recorded phone statements
  • Order hospital and physician billing records
  • Request and track medical records and police reports
  • Maintain accurate case documentation and follow up as needed Qualifications
  • Previous administrative or legal office experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
