Legal Assistant

Parthemos, Curran, Buelow & Polizzi, PLLC, an experienced personal injury/workers' compensation firm, seeks a full-time Legal Assistant to join our Winchester team. This individual will support two partners with their caseloads. The candidate's primary functions include calendaring, preparing and filing pleadings, organizing discovery and files, drafting and editing correspondence, corresponding and communicating with clients, the Commission, the insurer and health care providers.

Qualifications:

High school diploma required. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of personal injury and/or workers' compensation experience. This individual should work independently as well as a team player; have sympathetic customer service skills for injured clients, strong organizational skills, prioritization, ability to multi-task, attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.). Salary based on experience. Benefits and competitive salary commensurate with experience.
