Legal Assistant

Description We are partnering with a Midwest-rooted, Am Law 200 law firm on a Trusts & Estates Legal Assistant opening, offering the opportunity to support a busy, well-established practice with strong internal growth and advancement potential. This role will support 3-4 attorneys/paralegals.

Responsibilities include:

Typing, producing, editing, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence Electronic time entry and billing, calendaring/scheduling, and expense reimbursements Maintaining electronic client files (NetDocs) Supporting Trusts & Estates processes and additional administrative tasks as needed

Requirements Qualifications:

3+ years of law firm experience, with Trusts & Estates experience required Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail, proofreading, organizational, and client service skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Our specialized recruiting professionals apply their expertise and proprietary AI to match you with opportunities efficiently.
