Legal Assistant

Full-Time Legal Assistant On-Site Position | Oldsmar, FL Florin Trial Law is a growing plaintiff personal injury and property insurance firm based in Oldsmar, Florida. We represent individuals and families navigating serious injury and insurance claims. Our firm is systems-driven, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering strong results through organized case management. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in organization, follows systems and protocol, and helps keep cases moving efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Collect and follow up on medical records and billing from providers Track outstanding record requests and maintain follow-up calendar Scan, upload, and organize documents in Clio Process incoming and outgoing mail Assist case manager with client communication and file updates Assist case manger in maintaining electronic case files Ensure all documents are properly labeled and saved This position is administrative and task-driven. It is not a litigation drafting role.

Qualifications:

Prior legal assistant or administrative experience preferred Experience with Clio or similar case management software preferred Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational and time-management skills Reliable and dependable Comfortable learning and adapting to AI and evolving technology This position offers long-term growth opportunities within a structured and expanding firm.
