Electronics Technician

VP Aviation is hiring Electronics Technicians to support production and testing programs in Oldsmar, FL. This is an opportunity to work in a production environment supporting electronic assembly testing, troubleshooting, and repair of circuit card assemblies and subassemblies. What You'll Do Set up and operate electronic test equipment and apparatus Test and troubleshoot circuit card assemblies and subassemblies Perform component-level troubleshooting on analog and digital circuits Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings Conduct operational testing and analyze performance results Adjust, calibrate, and repair electronic systems and components Replace faulty parts and support rework as needed Use measurement tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators Document work performed and support quality requirements Skills and Experience We're Looking For 1+ year of electronics testing or troubleshooting experience Experience with circuit card assembly testing and repair Ability to troubleshoot to the component level Experience reading schematics and technical diagrams Familiarity with electronic test equipment and measurement tools Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus Military backshop or electronics repair experience is a plus Experience with RF testing or vibration/thermal testing is a plus Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry Ability to work in a team environment Must be able to pass background check and onboarding requirements Pay Weekly pay ranges from $720 to $1,280 at 40 hours, not including OT, based on experience and program Overtime may be available depending on assignment Why Work With VP Aviation? $18.00 - $32.00 per hour
